Black Resistance and Obiter Dicta

As Black History Month comes to a close (though that is far from true, since Black history is human history, and our human future, that could never be contained by a single month), Black Law Students’ Association of Osgoode contributed 7 stunning pages of content to Obiter Dicta‘s 9th issue of the year.

Obiter has held dedicated space for BLSA throughout the year, in the interest of permanently anchoring Black voices amongst those published on our pages. A special thank you to Robin Nyamekye, who has both diligently and patiently coordinated these works and words.

Below is the PDF paper, though for the accessible version, Obiter’s content is always available at obiter-dicta.ca.
