As we enter this profession, it must never be lost on any of us that our own mental health must come first. Part of that means to take a pause, listen to our mental and spiritual health needs, and commit to balanced, healthy living practices for our soul.
In line with the above, Osgoode’s BLSA is proud to announce and welcome all BLSA member to this year’s Mental Health and Wellness Retreat (MHW) Event! From finding your zen through yoga to enjoying a great moment at the movie night, this event has something for everyone to take home. Best of all, come out and enjoy all that this event has to offer while in the comfort and exclusivity of other Black identifying law students. This is the perfect open space environment that BLSA thrives upon, ensuring that black law students are afforded the right spaces and supports for growth and success!
